- 1 Your Essay Writers.com is a trading name owned by The Essay Writers (partnership). All purchases of products or services by the Consumer through The Essay Writers or any authorised person with it are governed by the Terms and Conditions set out below. The Consumer agrees to these terms and conditions when the box that says “I have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree” is ticked.
- 2 The Essay Writers (The Company) acts as an agent between the Consumer and Qualified Experts to provide research/writing services (The Work). The Consumer understands that any Work provided must not be passed off as the Consumers own work, either in whole or in part. The Consumer must never submit the Work to their University, School or Education Institute as their own.
- 3 The Essay Writers retains the copyright to any Work supplied. The Work must not be reproduced, copied, distributed or presented without acknowledging the source and against the Copyright laws.
- 4 The Essay Writers endeavours to ensure that any Work provided to the Consumer is plagiarism free and is original work from Qualified Experts.
- 5 The Essay Writers will only process an order after receiving payment in full, as confirmed through a notification from BarclayCard or from our Bank. The Company reserves the right to refuse, reject or cancel an order at this stage or within 3 days of receipt of payment. In these circumstances a full refund will be given to the Consumer.
- 6 If The Work is claimed to be below the quality standard ordered, but the reason for this is that The Consumer made ambiguous requests within the order specification, which were open to interpretation, then no refund claim will be accepted.
- 7 Credit/Debit card payments will only be accepted from the person or entity named on the credit/debit card. No payment will be accepted from an Amex Card. All suspected fraudulent use including attempted chargeback will be thoroughly investigated and reported to the Police and other relevant authorities.
- 8 An order will be deemed to have been accepted by The Company only after receiving payment in full and confirming that a suitable Qualified Expert is available to provide the required Work.
- 9 The Consumer may not cancel an order once confirmation has been made from The Company that the Qualified Expert has been instructed to proceed and the Work has begun.
- 10 Any estimated delivery timescales for the production of Work, are exclusive of Sundays and UK Bank Holidays and any orders placed on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, will be initiated only on the next working day.
- 11 The delivery of The Work is via email as an attachment, sent to the email address provided by The Consumer when placing an order. The Company is is not responsible for any delays in transmission due to any technical problems such as delivery delays from an Internet Service Provider, either from The Consumer or The Company. Once the Work has been emailed from The Company, then the delivery of The Work will have been made.
- 12 The Company will accept unlimited amendment requests within a 14 day period following delivery of completed Work. Such amendments will be made free of charge to The Consumer. The Company will endeavour to undertake such amendment and return it to The Consumer within 3 days of receipt.
- 13 The Company indicates an academic standard that any Work provided will achieve. This is meant as an indication of the quality of Work provided and not in any way a guarantee of any degree standard, grade or marks as assessed by the Consumers University, School or Education Institute.
- 14 If any dispute arises that The Company is unable to resolve with The Consumer, then it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts and English Law.
- 15 The Company hours of opening are 9.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 4.00pm Saturday.
- 16 Payment must be made in UK sterling (British pounds).
